6th January - Serious Snow

We had a dump of just over 12 inches of snow last night, and there was no way my car was going to make it off the drive, let alone along the road, and the main roads around here were also terrible this morning, so I worked from home this morning.

After work we went sledging (or boogey boarding!). The boogey boards made for very good snow sliders, but were impossible to control! I may find myself aching rather alot tomorrow after a rather spectacular backwards roll at speed!
