When I got a message via twitter a couple of weeks ago from Clothing@Tesco I was intrigued - and then excited when I heard what they wanted me to do!
The very, very nice people at Tesco Clothing are currently promoting "An Outfit for £30" - they had read this blog, and had spotted my forays into colour, and wanted me to choose something for myself to push me out of my colour comfort zone. I had the run of their webiste, and chose this lovely outfit, which costs under £30. They have offered you, my lovely readers, the chance to win £30 for you to treat yourselves to the great range at Tesco Clothing. What's not to love about that hey?!
I was allowed to decide how to choose a winner myself, and seeing on how this blog is all about my style, and pushing my boundaries, I thought I'd ask you to go to Tesco.com and choose me an outfit, for less than £30, that you think would work for me. It can be smart or casual, I really don't mind! The winner, picked by me and my lovely daughters next Friday - 3rd September, will receive £30 to spend on themselves on Tesco Clothing.
Regular readers will have probably noticed that I wear a fair amount of Tesco clothing already - they are great for value and quality, with style. My spotty dress, an absolute wardrobe staple of mine, is Tesco.
This dress is described on the website as "green", but I feel it's more of a turquoise than green, but the colour is true to the colour shown on the website - it also comes in purple, which I was seriously tempted by! The shoes are described as "blue", but most definitely a smokey grey!
To enter just visit Tesco.com, have a look around their fantastic selection, and post the links to your choices for me in a comment on this post! That easy!
While you're there, why not have a look around to see what you'd buy yourself with £30 if you're the winner?!
The competition is only available to readers in the UK, but I'd love to see what overseas readers would choose for me too! Please mention your location if you're submitting an entry from outside the UK.
Good luck everyone - I'm really looking forward to seeing your choices :-)
